Members of the Net4CleanAir COST Action met in Porto, Portugal, for a three-day in‑person meeting of Working Groups (WGs) 2, 3 and 4, kindly hosted by the University of Porto – Faculty of Engineering (FEUP).

The meeting brought together researchers and innovators from across the Action to review ongoing activities, exchange scientific updates, and strengthen collaboration on air cleaning solutions for indoor environments.

• WG2 – Air cleaning solutions for particulate contaminants
• WG3 – Air cleaning solutions for gaseous contaminants
• WG4 – Air cleaning solutions for biological contaminants

In addition to WG‑specific discussions, the meeting featured cross‑WG sessions, enabling participants to identify synergies, align methodologies, and explore opportunities for joint activities and outputs.

Alongside the WG meetings, a Core Group meeting was held to discuss strategic priorities, ongoing tasks, and upcoming milestones within the Action. These discussions helped define next steps for the Working Groups and reinforced coordination across Net4CleanAir activities.

The in‑person format provided a valuable opportunity for in‑depth scientific exchange, collaborative planning, and networking, contributing to the overall objectives of the Action and strengthening cooperation within the network.
